No — walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Sending a WhatsApp message or calling 01783-121256 first shortens your wait, and surgery is always booked in advance.

How much does a vet visit cost?

A general health check-up starts from ৳300. Tests, medicines, vaccines and surgery are priced separately, and we always tell you the cost before we begin.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes, in Rangpur city and nearby areas — for check-ups, vaccines, follow-ups and pets that find travel stressful. A home-visit fee applies; send your location on WhatsApp to confirm.

Can I consult a vet online?

Yes. Our 24/7 telemedicine service works by WhatsApp video, voice or chat from anywhere in Bangladesh — ideal for follow-ups and deciding whether your pet needs to come in.

How do I pay?

Cash is accepted at the clinic. Ask at the counter or on WhatsApp about mobile payment options.

Pet care basics

When should my kitten or puppy get vaccinated?

Kittens start the combined "flu" vaccine at 8–12 weeks with a second dose 3–4 weeks later, plus rabies from about 12 weeks. Puppies start DHPPi at 6–8 weeks, repeat every 3–4 weeks until 16 weeks, and get rabies at 12 weeks. Both need yearly boosters.

How often should I deworm my pet?

Every two weeks until 12 weeks of age, monthly until six months, then every three months for life — monthly for pets that hunt or go outdoors.

What should I do if my pet is bitten by a stray?

Wear gloves, wash the wound with soap and running water for 15 minutes, and bring your pet in within 24 hours for wound care and a rabies booster. If a person is bitten, they must go to a hospital the same day.
