Community Pet Care (“we”, “us”) runs this website at communitypetcarebd.com. We collect as little information as possible and never sell it.

What we collect

• Contact and booking forms. When you use a form, the details you type are packaged into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send from your own phone. Nothing is stored on our website. If email delivery is enabled, the same message is sent to our clinic inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
• Phone calls, WhatsApp and Messenger. Conversations are handled under the terms of those services and used only to care for your pet.
• Pet tools. The calculators and schedules run entirely in your browser. The dates and weights you enter are not sent to us or stored.
• Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page visits in aggregate. It does not identify you personally.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The interactive Google Map loads only if you press “Load interactive map”; Google may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Medical records

Records of your pet’s examinations and treatment are kept at the clinic, used to provide care, and shared only with your permission or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you and your pet, or ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp at 01783-121256 or visiting the clinic.
