Telemedicine saves unnecessary trips
A two-hour journey is worth it for surgery or a sick pet that needs tests — but not for every question. Send us a message first; our vet will help you decide.
What to expect when you arrive
We’re open 9 AM to 10 PM every day (Friday break 1–2:30 PM). If you’re travelling a long way, message us your expected arrival time so we can prepare — especially for surgery or emergencies.
Travelling in heat
Heatstroke is a real risk on long summer journeys: heavy panting, drooling, bright red gums and weakness. Travel early in the morning or after sunset, keep the carrier shaded and ventilated, and carry water. Read about heatstroke in pets.
